Below are examples of my work in commercial real estate and corporate design and marketing. My experience includes crafting captivating marketing packages for prospective and newly listed high-end properties, producing both print and digital marketing materials. My time working in the field has advanced my range in creating highly detailed, client driven marketing collateral. I’ve worked in collaboration with a national investment sales team, contributing to a growing portfolio of over $6B worth of transactions across the country.
Broker Opinion of Value
Overview: This project is an example of a BOV I created for a Class-A property in north Texas. The BOV is used by our Investment Sales team to highlight key components of potential listings when presented to prospective clients. The project includes a detailed analysis of the subject property details, a financial analysis, rent and sale comparables, and an area overview of the Dallas market.

Offering Memorandum
Overview: Here’s an example of an offering memorandum (OM), I worked on in 2023. This project focused on a luxury apartment community with retail space in a trendy neighborhood called Ohio City, Cleveland. This OM included complex area research, in-depth maps highlighting local growth and attractions, retail space, and property highlights. The OM served as a marketing package while on the market.

Property Brochure
Overview: Here is an example of a client brochure I designed. The brochure highlights the property's history by incorporating excerpts from newspaper articles written in the 1940s with the latest property features.
